Student Services

The Service Desk offers a wide range of support services for BMCC students. This includes help with BMCC and CUNY login issues, student ID cards, Wi-Fi access, and devices provided by BMCC such as MiFi/hotspots. Additionally, students can seek assistance for BMCC-related accounts like Email, Portal, Open Lab, Zoom, MFA, and CUNY-related accounts including CUNYfirst, Blackboard, and Degree Works
