BMCC Email Claim and Password Reset

Requirement for Students

Please note that the BMCC email is not created until 24-48 hours after registering for at least one credit bearing course for the first time. Instructions for claiming student accounts or student password help can be found here:

Faculty/Staff

1. Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/. Fill out all of the required fields, then click “Next”.

2. Choose the option that best applies to your request.
