1. Go to https://servicedesk.bmcc.cuny.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/Home/ and click Student Services.
2. You will find a list of available services, and you can click on the service that resonates with your needs.
3. To request the service, click the "Request a Service" button.
4. Log in using your BMCC account username (john.doe##@bmcc.cuny.edu) and password.
5. Fill out the form with the required information, including any screenshots of error messages displayed, if applicable. This information will greatly assist our support team in efficiently addressing your concerns.
6. After reviewing all the information, click “Submit” to send your request. A ticket number will be provided after submitting your ticket, and a confirmation of your request will be sent to your BMCC Student email (@stu.bmcc.cuny.edu).
