Zoom can be downloaded at https://zoom.us/download. For Windows or MacOS download Zoom Client for Meetings. If you are using a Chromebook, download the Zoom Extension for Chrome from the Chrome Web Store. If you are on a mobile device, the Zoom Mobile app can be download from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Signing in on the Desktop App
1. Open the Zoom app and click on "Sign In with SSO".
2. In the Company Domain field enter bmcc-cuny, then click "Continue".
3. The SSO login page will open in your web browser. Enter your BMCC Portal username and password.
4. Your browser may ask you to choose an application to sign into. Click on "Choose Application".
5. Select Zoom Meetings then click on "Open Link" to open Zoom.
6. You will now be signed into your BMCC Zoom account.
Signing in Through the Web Portal
1. Go to the BMCC website (https://www.bmcc.cuny.edu/). In the upper-right, click on Login then BMCC Zoom.
2. On BMCC Zoom login portal click on "Sign In".
3. Enter your BMCC Portal username and password.
4. You will be signed into your BMCC Zoom account. From this page you can schedule, host, and join meetings.
