Setting up BMCC Email on a Mobile Device

Outlook Mobile App

1. Download the Microsoft Outlook Mobile App from either the App Store on iOS or the Google Play Store on Android.

 

2. Open the app and enter your BMCC email when prompted. Then press "Continue".

 

3. Enter your password then press either "Sign in" for the student email or the check mark in the upper-right for the faculty/staff email.

 

4. After your login credentials are verified your email will be added to the app and your inbox will be displayed.

1. Go to your phone settings and click on "Accounts".

 

2. Click on "Add account".

 

3. Click on "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync".

 

4. Enter your BMCC email and password, then click "Sign In'.

 

5. After the automatic setup you will be prompted to set up your sync settings. After choosing your settings click "Next" to continue.

 

6. Edit the account display name if so desired then click "Done".

 

7. You may be prompted to enable extra permissions for the application. Click on "Activate" to continue.

 

8. After the account has been set up your email will be added to the app. Open the mail app to view your inbox.
