To reset your BMCC email password, please go to https://outlook.office365.com/ and type in your BMCC email address and click Next.
2. Click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email and the characters as shown in the picture below. Click Next.
4. Choose the best option and click Next.
5. Choose the contact method to verify your request.
6. Enter the new password for your BMCC email and click Finish.
