Introduction
Use this service to request a new SharePoint site for Forms and Workflows. This will allow departments to convert their paper forms into digital forms and run departmental business processes in workflows with students, faculty and staff.
Please provide your name, BMCC email address and EMPLID number of faculty/staff member(s) who will receive access. Also, state the level of access that will be granted (e.g. read, write or modify).
Eligibility
Faculty and Staff - With Manager, Director or Chairperson’s written approval.
