Reserve Laptops Through WebCheckout
The WebCheckout Patron Portal (https://bmcc.webcheckout.net) is a mobile-friendly reservation system. This enables ease of scheduling reservations for available loaner equipment pickup and return.
Follow the instructions below to reserve loaner equipment using the Patron Portal.
How to Reserve a BMCC Student Laptop?
1. Login to WebCheckout Patron Portal https://bmcc.webcheckout.net
2. Select New Reservation under Cart.

3. Select the checkout center Laptop Distribution Center and select OK.

4. Select Dismiss on the Message of the Day screen.
5. Select the pickup and return date and time.
- Pickup date and time must fall within business hours, otherwise you will receive an error. Return of equipment is due on the last day of finals for the current semester.
- Read the BMCC loaner policy, click on the check mark to agree to the policy.

6. Select Browse Catalog.

7. Select the item to reserve.

8. Select the add to cart button next to the specific item you want to reserve.

9. The cart, top right, will now have the items added. Two items are listed, Laptop and charger.

10. Click on Return to Reservation. The thumbs up icon should appear with Looks Good! text. If an error message appears, more than one reservation was submitted. Only one reservation per student is allowed under the Laptop Distribution Center.

11. Click on Submit Reservation.
12. Your equipment is now reserved. Stop by the office to pick up the equipment.
Note: if the equipment is not picked up in a timely manner the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
