Enabling your computer as a trusted device is beneficial for frequent usage, especially when employing two-step verification or using the Microsoft Authenticator app for signing in. Setting up your computer as a trusted device eliminates the need to input a security code every time you access sensitive information.
1. Click on start -> settings.

2. The windows settings will open and you need to click on Accounts.

3. Click on Email & Accounts. Your BMCC email should appear by default on the bottom right. To add a new account, click on Add a work or school account and type in your CUNYfirst username.

4. Once the system is done setting up your account, you can click on Access work or school, and both accounts, BMCC and CUNY will appear.
