Student Virtual ID - Sign In With a New Phone and Remove Old Devices

In Safetrust, your Organization may have set up a security policy to only allow one(1) device per
person. This security policy is also referred to as “Maximum number of devices”.

If your Organization has limited you to one device and you need to sign in on a new or replacement
phone, using the Safetrust Wallet app, you can remove the old phone you had registered, during the
sign in process. You can also remove the old phone through the Credential Manager portal, via a web
browser.

If you see the following screen (with a similar message) you will need to go through the ‘Device Access’ process to allow your new phone to be registered as the new device.

Device Access via Safetrust Wallet
