Handling Multiple Microsoft Teams Accounts

We understand that the ability to access Microsoft Teams using both CUNYfirst and BMCC accounts might be confusing. To seamlessly use both accounts, follow these straightforward steps and suggestions for clarity.

Tips for those managing multiple Teams accounts, BMCC and CUNYfirst:

1. Different Browsers: A helpful tip to keep in mind is that you can use both the Teams desktop application and a separate browser, like Firefox, to manage different accounts. For example, you could use the desktop app for your CUNYfirst account and Firefox for your BMCC account. It's important to note that if you're already signed in to your BMCC email on the browser and attempt to access Teams, you'll automatically be logged in to Teams with your BMCC email.

2. Incognito Mode: Launch a private or incognito browser window for one account and a regular one for the second.

3. Mobile Strategy: Use the Teams mobile app for one account and your computer for another.
