The Division of IRT offers loaner laptops to active faculty and staff members. In order to request a loaner device, you must submit a service request through the IRT Service Catalog, which can be accessed at the following link: https://servicedesk.bmcc.cuny.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=242, or send an email request to servicedesk@bmcc.cuny.edu. Your request will be escalated to the Desktop Support tech team and they will inform you when the device is ready. The device can be picked up from the Service Desk in room S-141 Mondays - Fridays from 8am-8pm.
