By following the steps below, you can check your voice mails using your mobile phone or land line phone (non-RingCentral phone).
1. Call your RingCentral Main Number and enter your extension number as soon as you hear the ring. You can also call your Direct Number instead.
2. Press the star key (*).
3. Enter your voicemail PIN followed by the hash sign (#) once prompted.
4. Listen to the prompt for instructions or press One (1) to listen to your messages.

You may use the following phone keys when you check your voicemails.
