The login access to RingCentral uses the Single Sign-On (SSO), an authentication method that allows BMCC employees to sign in using their BMCC email account credentials.
How to Log in Via Client
1. Double click on the RingCentral Application icon on your Desktop.
2. Click on Single Sign-On.
3. Enter your entire BMCC email address and click on submit.
4. You'll be redirected to the Microsoft Web Application Sign-In page, where you'll need to enter your full BMCC email address and password.
5. You'll be successfully logged into RingCentral.
How to Log in Via Web Browser
1. Go to the RingCentral sign in page https://login.ringcentral.com/ and click on Single Sign-On.
2. Enter your entire BMCC email address and click on submit.
3. You'll be redirected to the Microsoft Web Application Sign-In page, where you'll need to enter your full BMCC email address and password.
4. You will be successfully logged into RingCentral.
