By default, the File Explorer on Windows 10 will be pinned to the taskbar. Click on the icon to open the File Explorer then click on "This PC" to view all connected physical and network drives. Double click on any of the drives to open it.
Alternatively, in the search bar type in "This PC" and click on the application to open it.
