How to log in to your BMCC email and set up Microsoft Authentication Method - Employees.

Body

To strengthen the security of your BMCC email account, we are implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Microsoft 365 account sign-in to all accounts. MFA adds an extra layer of protection to your online accounts, making it harder for unauthorized users to gain access to your data. This measure ensures that your information remains safe and secure from potential threats.

How to sign in to your Microsoft 365 account

1. Open a web browser and go to https://outlook.office365.com/ and sign in with your BMCC email account credentials.

2. After you choose Sign in, you’ll be prompted to provide additional information for security purposes. Click on Next to proceed.

Set up the Microsoft Authenticator app as your verification method

1. For authentication, the Microsoft Authenticator app is the default method. You can easily download the app for free on your smartphone. After downloading, click on Next.

Set up messaging as your verification method
